NOTICE OF MEDIATION
Burton W. Wiand, as Receiver (“Receiver”), by and through the undersigned counsel,
submits this notice that a mediation conference has been scheduled for the purpose of resolving
all unresolved matters pending between the Receiver and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

The

conference is scheduled to take place on July 19 and 20, 2012, beginning at 9:30 a.m. each day,
at the offices of James, Hoyer, Newcomer & Smiljanich, P.A., located at One Urban Centre,
Suite 550, 4830 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33609. The parties have agreed to
retain Howard A. Tescher of the Tescher Mediation Group as the mediator.

While the parties recognize that this Court’s order directing them to mediation (Doc. 847)
instructed that the mediation should be completed within forty-five (45) days of the order, July
19 and 20, 2012 are the earliest dates that the parties and the mediator are collectively available.
