adjourned the mediation until such time as the Court in Wiand v. Wells Fargo Bank,
N.A., Case No. 8:12-cv-00557-JDW, United States District Court for the Middle
District of Florida, Tampa Division, has ruled on a pending Motion to Dismiss,

inasmuch as that case will impact the ability to achieve a global resolution of all
litigation between the Receiver and Wells Fargo Bank.
