ORDER
Upon due consideration, it is ordered and adjudged as follows:
1) The Court will conduct a hearing on the Receiver’s Opposed Motion to Expand the
Scope of the Receivership to Include Respiro, Inc., on Friday, September 21, 2012, commencing
at 9:00 a.m.
2) The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to counsel for Respiro, Inc., William
Kalish, Akerman Senterfitt LLP, 401 East Jackson Street, Tampa, Florida 33602.
3) Respiro, Inc., shall file a response to the motion on or before September 19, 2012.
4) Counsel for the Receiver is directed to immediately notify Mr. Kalish of the entry of
this order.
