ORDER
Upon due consideration, it is ordered and adjudged that the Court will conduct a hearing
on the Receiver’s Motion for Possession of and Title to Real Property Located in Marshfield, VT
on Thursday, November 15, 2012, at 9:30 a.m., in Courtroom 15B, United States Courthouse,
801 North Florida Avenue, Tampa, Florida. Anne Nadel is directed to file a response to the
motion on or before November 13, 2012. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to
Anne Nadel at the following address: 3343 US Route 2, Marshfield, Vermont 05658. The
Receiver is directed to immediately notify Anne Nadel of the entry of this order and to likewise
furnish her a copy of the order.
