RECEIVER’S NOTICE OF PROVIDING COURT FILINGS TO ANNE NADEL
On October 31, 2012, Burton W. Wiand, as Receiver (the “Receiver”), filed his (1)
Motion for Possession of and Title to Real Property Located in Marshfield, VT (the
“Motion”) (Doc. 936), and (2) Declaration in Support of the Receiver’s Motion for
Possession of and Title to Real Property Located in Marshfield, VT (the “Declaration”)
(Doc. 937). On November 1, 2012, the Court issued an Order (the “Order”) (Doc. 938) and
Notice of Hearing (the “Notice of Hearing”) (Doc. 939) setting the Motion for hearing on
November 15, 2012 and directing Anne Nadel to file a response to the Motion on or before

November 13, 2012. The Court also directed the Receiver to furnish Anne Nadel with a copy
of the Order.
This notice is being filed to inform the Court that (1) copies of the Motion and
Declaration were deposited with the United States Postal Service on October 31, 2012 for
delivery by U.S. First Class Mail to Anne Nadel and (2) a copy of the Order and Notice of
Hearing were deposited with the United States Postal Service on November 1, 2012 for
delivery by U.S. First Class Mail to Anne Nadel (collectively, the “Filings”). The Receiver’s
counsel also left several voicemails with Ms. Nadel notifying her of the Filings, and,
pursuant to Ms. Nadel’s request on November 4, 2012, on November 5, 2012, the Receiver
sent the Filings to Ms. Nadel via electronic mail (without exhibits).
