Upon due consideration, Non-Party Anne Nadel-Walbridge’s Unopposed Motion for
Extension of Time and Continuance of Hearing (Dkt.942) is granted. The non-party shall file her
response to the Receiver’s motion on or before November 28, 2012. The hearing on the
Receiver’s motion is rescheduled for Friday, November 30, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
