ORDER
Upon due consideration of the procedural history of this case, it is ordered and adjudged that
the Court defers ruling on the Motion filed by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., at docket 740, pending the
outcome of the case of Wiand v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Timothy Ryan Best, case number 12cv-557-T-27EAJ. The motion will be terminated from pending status subject to being reopened at the
conclusion of the Wiand case.
