NOTICE OF FILING AMENDED
LOCAL RULE 3.01(g) CERTIFICATION
Burton W. Wiand, as Receiver (the “Receiver”), hereby gives notice of filing an
amended Local Rule 3.01(g) Certification of Counsel to his Motion to Clarify Certain
Settlement Orders (the “Motion”) that was filed on February 14, 2013 (Doc. 966). In the
original certification, the Receiver’s counsel noted that Holland & Knight LLP had no
objection to the relief requested. Counsel for Holland & Knight LLP has clarified it has no
objection to the filing of the motion, but takes no position with respect to the relief requested.
As such, the certification should read as follows:
LOCAL RULE 3.01(g) CERTIFICATION OF COUNSEL
Counsel for the Receiver conferred with counsel for the Securities & Exchange
Commission, and the Commission does not object to the relief requested in this motion.

Further, counsel for the Receiver conferred with counsel for Holland & Knight LLP,
Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing, L.P., and Shoreline Trading Group, LLC. Shoreline
has no objection to the requested relief, and Holland & Knight and GSEC take no position.
