ORDER
Upon due consideration of the Receiver’s Notice filed at docket 985, it is ordered and
adjudged that all further proceedings in the case of J. Bell, II, et al. v. D. Rowe, et al., case
number 2009 CA 4925 now pending in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County,
Florida, are enjoined. Plaintiffs’ counsel shall immediately notify the presiding circuit court
judge of this order.
