Dkt. 130 135 146 Report and Recommendation Objection Response The assigned Magistrate Judge has issued a Report and Recommendation in which it is recommended that the Motion to Require Plaintiff BJIC, g r a n t e d in p a r t , L L C to p o s t a b o n d (Dkts. 51 a n d 84) be a n d P l a i n t i f f be r e q u i r e d t o p o s t a l i s p e n d e n s bond in the amount of $47,455.00. The Court has independently reviewed the pleadings, i n c l u d i n g the O b j e c t i o n a n d R e s p o n s e to O b j e c t i o n . Defendant Bayonne requests that the Court modify the Report a n d R e c o m m e n d a t i o n to a d d a t i m e l i m i t of t w e n t y d a y s , and r e q u i r e P l a i n t i f f to p r o v i d e e v i d e n c e to t h e C o u r t o f h a v i n g posted the bond. P l a i n t i f f has no o b j e c t i o n to t h e m o d i f i c a t i o n b u t r e q u e s t s a t i m e l i m i t of t h i r t y days. " G a m b l e v. Campbell, 6 Fla. 347 (Fla. 1855).
