Counsel for the parties are directed to confer p erso n a lly within seven (7) days of the date of the entry of this order in a good faith effort to reso lv e the issues raised in the motion. In the event counsel cannot come to a good faith agreement, th en Plaintiff shall file a motion for preliminary injunction on or before October 18, 2010, following w h ich the Court will direct an expedited response and schedule an expedited hearing.
