ORDER: Defendant's Motion to Engage in Limited Expedited Discovery to Adequately Respond to Plaintiff's Pending Motion to Remand 26 is granted. The parties may conduct discovery limited to jurisdictional issues regarding the citizenship of the parties. All discovery must be completed within 60 days. Defendant's Motion for Leave to File a Reply Memorandum in Support of its Motion to Engage in Limited Expedited Discovery 40 is denied as moot. The Court will defer ruling on Plaintiff's Motion for Remand 21 until the end of the limited discovery period.
