ORDER granting 35 , 36 , 47 , 51 , 58 , 59 Defendants' motions to dismiss. The § 1983 claims in Count One against BoNYM, Aldridge, and Shellpoint are dismissed with prejudice. The § 1982 claims in Count One will be dismissed with leave to amend. Count Two against Pat Frank and Count Four against the Honorable Gregory P. Holder are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff is granted leave to file a third amended complaint as to Defendants BoNYM, Aldridge, Shellpoint, Henriquez, and Chronister within fourteen (14) days. Signed by Judge James D.
