IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA GAINESVILLE DIVISION ROBERT A HULL, Plaintiff, v. GEORGE W BUSH, CHARLIE CRIST, et al., Defendants. _____________________________/ ORDER This matter is before the Court on Doc. 13, Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge, recommending that the complaint in this case be dismissed as frivolous. Thus, it should be dismissed and counsel should not be appointed. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. 2. 3. The Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is adopted and incorporated herein. The complaint in this case is dismissed as frivolous pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii).
