The Plaintiff filed objections, Doc. 14, and a motion for appointment of counsel, Doc. 15. Having conducted a de novo review as required by law, the Court agrees with the Magistrate Judge that the Amended Complaint is rambling, frivolous and fails to state a cause of action. Thus, it should be dismissed and counsel should not be appointed. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. 2. 3. The Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is adopted and incorporated herein. The complaint in this case is dismissed as frivolous pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii).
