civil action, it is ORDERED:
1. The court's order (doc. 21) entered November 7, 2013, is hereby VACATED.
2. This case shall proceed to the extent permitted by the Bankruptcy Court's
order modifying the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362. See Doc. 22.
