The Clerk shall send a certified copy of this order to the Clerk of the Court for the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court. Attorney's fees in the amount of $250.00 are awarded to Plaintiff to be paid by the Defendant. The Clerk shall enter judgment stating, “Plaintiff's Motions to Remand, ECF Nos. 7 and 9, are GRANTED, and this cause is REMANDED to the County Court for the Eighth Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County, Florida. The Clerk shall 1 send a certified copy of this order to the Clerk of the Court for the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court.
