reviewing objections to the Recommendation, if any,1 the Recommendation is
adopted as the opinion of the Court.
Accordingly, it is now ORDERED as follows:

The magistrate judge's report and recommendation is adopted and
incorporated by reference in this order.

This cause is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for plaintiff’s
failure to comply with an order of the court and failure to keep the court informed of
his current address.

The clerk is directed to close the file.
