ORDER ADOPTING 12 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. The Commissioner's Motion to Remand (doc. 11 ) is GRANTED. This cause is REMANDED to the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration pursuant to sentence six of 42 U.S.C . § 405(g) for further administrative proceedings in accordance with the Report and Recommendation. As the Court retains jurisdiction of this case during the period of remand, judgment should not be entered at this time. The Commissioner is re quired to advise the Court of the status of these proceedings sixty days from the date this Order is entered and every forty- five days thereafter. ORDER
This cause comes on for consideration upon the Magistrate Judge’s Report and
Recommendation dated December 17, 2013 (doc. 12). The parties have been furnished
a copy of the Report and Recommendation and have been afforded an opportunity to file
objections pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 636(b)(1).
No timely
objections have been filed.
Having considered the Report and Recommendation, the Court has determined that
the Report and Recommendation should be adopted.
Accordingly, it is now ORDERED as follows:
1.
The Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation is adopted and
incorporated by reference in this Order.
2.
The Commissioner’s Motion to Remand (doc. 11) is GRANTED.

This cause is REMANDED to the Commissioner of the Social Security
Administration pursuant to sentence six of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further administrative
