ORDER
This case is before the Court on consideration of the Magistrate Judge’s
Report and Recommendation dated March 22, 2018. ECF No. 22. The parties have
been furnished a copy of the Report and Recommendation and afforded an
opportunity to file objections pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section
636(b)(1). No timely objections have been filed. After reviewing the record and the
Recommendation, the Court has determined that the Report and Recommendation
should be adopted.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED:
1. The Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation, ECF No. 22, is
adopted and incorporated by reference in this Order. The Petition for Writ of Habeas
Corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 is DENIED.
