ORDER. The Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 104 ) is adopted and incorporated by reference in this Order. A default judgment of $368,840.10 is entered in favor of Plaintiffs and against Defen dant Sandoval as a sanction for Sandoval's failure to comply with orders of this Court. Defendant Sandoval's counterclaims against Plaintiffs are DISMISSED as a sanction for Sandoval's failure to comply with orders of this Court a nd failure to prosecute. Plaintiff Meraki Solar LLC's motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 94 ) is DENIED AS MOOT. Plaintiffs have fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order to file a motion seeking attorney's fees pursuant to N.D. Fla. Loc. R. 54.1. Signed by JUDGE M CASEY RODGERS on 11/14/23.
