A copy of the Report and Recommendation was mailed to Plaintiff, but it was returned undeliverable. Doc. 11. No objection to the Report and Recommendation has been filed, and the time to do so has passed. Plaintiff has failed to comply with two orders of this Court or otherwise prosecute this action. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. 2. The Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge, Doc. 10, is adopted and incorporated herein.
