MEMORANDUM AND OPINION - Accordingly, pursuant to the fourth sentence in 42 U.S.C § 405(g), the decision of the Commissioner to deny Plaintiff's applications for Social Security benefits is REVERSED and this case is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
