Defendants' motions to dismiss (docs. 21 , 24 , and 27 ) a re GRANTED. All claims against all Defendants are DISMISSED for failure to state a claim. The clerk shall enter judgment stating: "All claims are dismissed with prejudice." The clerk shall note on the docket that this cause was dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). The magistrate judge recommends that Defendants’ motions to dismiss (docs. 21, 24, and 27) be granted. Plaintiff has filed objections (doc. 38) to the report and recommendation. Having considered the record in light of Plaintiff’s objections, the court finds that Defendants’ motions to dismiss are due to be granted. Accordingly, it is ORDERED: 1.
