The report and recommendation is accepted and adopted as this Court’s
opinion. The Clerk shall enter judgment stating, “Plaintiff’s Motion to Proceed in

On July 3, 2017, Plaintiff was granted yet another opportunity to file objections to the Report and
Recommendation. ECF No. 44. Plaintiff’s objections were to be filed by August 7, 2017. Plaintiff has failed to file
any objections to the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation.
