The magistrate judge recommends that the plaintiff's case be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2). The plaintiff has filed objections (doc. 27) to the report and recommendation. Having reviewed the report and recommendation and the plaintiff’s objections thereto, the court finds that the magistrate judge’s report and recommendation is due to be adopted.
