to the report and recommendation, ECF Nos. 7 and 8. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED:
The report and recommendation is accepted and adopted, over Plaintiff's
objections, as this Court’s opinion. Plaintiff’s motions requesting leave to proceed
in forma pauperis, ECF Nos. 2 and 5, are DENIED. Plaintiff shall pay the filing
fee for this case on or before February 16, 2018. This cause is remanded to the
Magistrate Judge for further proceedings.
