The Clerk shall enter judgment stating, "Plaintiff's second amended complaint, ECF No. 12 , is DISMISSED for failure to exhaust administrative remedies and for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2). The motions for preliminary injunction, ECF Nos. 3 and 9 , are DE NIED. The Clerk shall note on the docket this cause is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).
