Before the court is the magistrate judge's report and recommendation (ECF
No. 18) docketed June 30, 2022. The magistrate judge recommends that Plaintiff’s
case be dismissed for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with a court order.
Plaintiff has filed no objections to the report and recommendation.
Upon review of the record, this court has determined that the report and
recommendation should be adopted.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED:
1. The magistrate judge's report and recommendation (ECF No. 18) is

2. This case is hereby DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to prosecute
and failure to comply with a court order.
