The petition for writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (doc. 1) is DENIED. 3. Petitioner’s “Motion Requesting the Honorable Court to Rule on Pending Motion under 28 U.S.C. 2241, Requesting Jail Credit” (doc. 12) is DENIED AS MOOT. 4. The clerk is directed to close the file.
