ORDER adopting Magistrate Judge's 15 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. Defendant's unopposed motion for entry of judgment with reversal and remand (Doc. 14 ) is GRANTED. The decision denying benefits is REVERSED and this ca se is REMANDED to the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration for further proceedings under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. §405(g). Accordingly, it is ORDERED that: 1. The Report and Recommendation is adopted and incorporated by reference in this Order. 2.
