Accordingly it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Judgment on the pleadings is hereby entered on behalf of Comerica Bank, and against the Plaintiff, Angela Dipilato, and Plaintiff shall take nothing from Defendant Comerica Bank in this action.
