ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO COMPLY
WITH COURT ORDER DATED JANUARY 9, 2012
THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the parties’ Joint Motion for Enlargement of Time
to Comply with Court Order Dated January 9, 2012 [DE 16], filed January 20, 2012. The Court
has carefully considered the Motion, notes that it is unopposed, and is otherwise fully advised in
the premises.
The Court ordered the parties to file their settlement agreement with the Court pursuant to
Lynn’s Food Stores, Inc. v. United States, 679 F.2d 1350, 1352-53 (11th Cir. 1982). See [DE
14]. The parties now request additional time to comply with that Order. The Court sees good
cause to grant an extension.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties’ Joint Motion for
Enlargement of Time to Comply with Court Order Dated January 9, 2012 [DE 16] is
GRANTED. On or before February 3, 2012, Plaintiffs shall either (1) file the Joint Stipulation
and attached settlement agreement or (2) show cause why it should not do so. A failure to follow
this Court’s Order may result in sanctions.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida, this
23rd day of January, 2012.
