ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
TO FILE RESPONSE

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File a
Response [DE 6], filed herein on October 13, 2011. The Court has carefully considered the
Motion, notes that it is unopposed, and is otherwise fully advised in the premises.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is hereby
GRANTED. The Defendant shall have up through and including November 14, 2011, to file its
response to the Complaint.
