UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA Case No. 0:11-cv-61923-DIMITROULEAS/SNOW LORILYNN RICE, KRISTEN GURDAK, GABRIEL AGUILAR, BRITTANY SOTO, AND LAUREN TAYLOR, on their own behalves and others similarly situated, Plaintiffs vs. LUCKY BRAND DUNGAREES STORES, INC., a foreign profit corporation, Defendants. _____________________________________/ ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSE THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File a Response [DE 8], filed on November 14, 2011. The Court has carefully considered the Motion, notes that it is unopposed, and is otherwise fully advised in the premises. The parties assert that they are close to reaching a settlement agreement and need a fourteen (14) day extension of time until November 28, 2011, in order to finalize their settlement negotiations. This Court previously granted a thirty-two (32) day extension after the parties notified the Court that productive settlement negotiations had begun. Though the Court will grant this second extension of time, the parties should be on notice that the Court is unlikely to grant any additional extensions of time to file a response to the Complaint. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File a Response [DE 8] is GRANTED. The Defendant shall have up through and including November 28, 2011, to file its response to the Complaint. DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida, this 15th day of November, 2011. Copies furnished to: Counsel of Record
