No. 142), filed on August 8, 2007. Plaintiffs seek to extend the deadline for responding to Sidley Austin LLP's motion from August 9, 2007 to August 23, 2007 so that they can complete their review of relevant documents. Plaintiffs have conferred with counsel for Sidley Austin LLP and confirmed that opposing counsel does not object to the proposed extension. Because the Plaintiffs have shown cause for the extension pursuant to Rule 6(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, it is: ORDERED and ADJUDGED that 1. Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to Respond to Sidley Austin LLP's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Damages (D.E. No. 142) is GRANTED. 2.
