GAINOR and ELYSE GAINOR, Plaintiffs, vs. SIDLEY, AUSTIN, BROWN & WOOD, LLP et al., Defendants. _____________________________________/ ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO FILE PAGES OF THE DEPOSITION TRANSCRIPT OF JOHN MACKINNON UNDER SEAL This CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs' Motion to File Pages of the Deposition Transcript of John MacKinnon Under Seal (D.E. No. 131), filed on August 3, 2007. Plaintiffs were propose to file select pages from the MacKinnon deposition transcript with their Reply Memorandum in Support of Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Portions of Sidley's Answer. Plaintiffs' noted that Defendant Sidley Austin had designated MacKinnon's entire deposition as a confidential document pursuant to the Parties' Stipulation of Confidentiality, which the Court approved on December 20, 2006 (D.E. No. 29). The Court has reviewed the pages of the pages of the MacKinnon deposition, but does not find any confidential information. More importantly, however, subsequent to filing this motion, Plaintiffs stipulated that they would withdraw their Motion to Strike Portions of Defendant Sidley Austin's Answer. (D.E.. No. 135). The Court approved the stipulation on August 8, 2007 (D.E. No. 141). Therefore, it is: ORDERED and ADJUDGED that
