No. 158), filed on August 22, 2007. The Court recently granted the Plaintiffs an enlargement of time within which to file a response memorandum to Defendant Sidley Austin LLP's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, which was filed on July 26, 2007. The Plaintiffs' response memorandum is due on August 23, 2007. Now, Defendant Sidley Austin LLP anticipates that it will need an enlargement of time to file a reply memorandum once the Plaintiffs deliver their response and asks for an enlargement of time through September 7, 2007. Because Defendant Sidley Austin has shown cause for the proposed extension as required by Rule 6(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and complied with Local Rule 7.1.A.3, which requires that the movant consult with opposing counsel prior to filing this motion, it is: ORDERED and ADJUDGED that
