For the reasons stated in open court, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Sequence [D.E. 382] is GRANTED. Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike [D.E. 395] is DENIED. The parties are ordered to meet and confer with the assistance of a special master to determine the manner of the sequenced discovery. The parties shall submit proposed orders appointing a special master agreed by May 29, 2008.
