The Honorable Adalberto Jordan two days ago entered an order in Case No. 07-21256, Southern District of Florida, that Internet material found, respectively, through and at the above web sites is "obscene." Please proceed immediately with an investigation and prosecution of those criminally responsible for this illegal and harmful activity. One poster at the www.justusboys.com site notes that it would appeal to pedophiles. I think the case of Assistant US Attorney Atchison makes the point nicely. Please proceed, now, and please don't kill the investigation like the last time. You came into office promising to prosecute obscenity. It's time. It's way past time.
