notifies this court of a second time, of an inadvertent scrivener's error at Paragraph 10 of his Motion to

Intervene, noticed upon a belated reading of said document. The first sentence of Paragraph 10 of the Motion to Intervene should properly read: "The Plaintiff has attempted to make the undersigned an issue in this cause, by filing a document, number 115, attachment #1, which is apparently a letter to various law enforcement authorities, concerning the Intervenor and one of his businesses,

nationalgaynews.com." The word Plaintiff was inadvertently included at the end of that sentence, and thus

unintentionally mischaracterizes the claim. The boldfaced words are what the undersigned intended, and this time I
