Thompson v. The Florida Bar Doc. 201 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA JOHN B. THOMPSON, Plaintiff, v. THE FLORIDA BAR and DAVA J. TUNIS, Defendants. PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO REMOVE KENT FROM E-MAIL SERVICE LIST COMES NOW plaintiff, John B. Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney on his own behalf, and hereby moves the court to remove Norm Kent from the court's electronic e-mail list in this cause, stating: 1. Purported "intervenor" Norm Kent has insinuated himself into this case, and the basis for his having done so has now been eliminated. 2. As a result of his baseless motion to intervene, he put himself on the court's electronic service list herein. Wherefore, plaintiff respectfully moves this court to dispose of his intervention motion so we can get back to litigating this case rather than providing free entertainment for Mr. Kent, which he can otherwise get at www.justusboys.com. standing or basis to be in this case. I HEREBY CERTIFY that this has been served upon record counsel this 11th day of October, 2007, electronically. JOHN B.
