Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, and provides notice to the court and to the parties of his intention to seek extraordinary and expedited relief from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals to remedy the conduct engaged in by U.S. District Court Judge Adalberto Jordan. The court and the parties, upon receipt of this notice, should govern themselves accordingly and thus refrain from any actions that might make this matter worse for the court than it already is.
