Wow. In other words, there's nothing this court can do to stop these people. Take that, Judge Jordan. It sounds like its time for this court to remind the Board of Governors of the Florida Bar that interposition and nullification went out of American jurisprudence when Nicholas Katzenbach went in the back door after George Wallace stood in the front door at the University of Alabama. Keller v. State Bar of California means nothing to these people, and they're telling this court just that. Plaintiff submits to this court that he has demonstrably shown more respect for this court than has The Florida Bar with its fraudulent filings, its improper pleading practices, its knowing misrepresentations by Barry Richard about Mason v. Florida Bar, and now its public proclamation that "there's nothing coming out of the federal court that can stop us." The Bar is going to eat those words.
