PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST/MOTION THAT THE COURT TAKE JUDICIAL NOTICE COMES NOW plaintiff, John B. Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney on his own behalf, and moves this court to take judicial notice of the following fact: In July 1938, Adolf Hitler revoked the law licenses of all Jewish lawyers in Germany. This is reported at the official site for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in the following document found at its site: http://www.ushmm.org/wlc/article.php?lang=en&ModuleId=10005681. What The Florida Bar is attempting to do to Thompson because of his Christian faith is precisely what Hitler did to the Jewish lawyers in the Third Reich. Indeed, US Supreme Court Justice Douglas in Lathrop v. Donohue, 367 US 820 (1961), predicted that integrated state bars would, if left unchecked by the federal courts, become nothing more than "goose-stepping brigades." Douglas' dissent in Lathrop became the law of the land in Keller v. State Bar of California. The Florida Bar is thumbing its nose at the Supreme Court's Keller decision as it presently is acting out, at Thompson's expense, what Hitler did to Jewish lawyers. This is precisely why The Florida Bar has now, repeatedly, sought to pathologize, formally, Thompson's Christian activism. This is why a SLAPP Bar complainant who claims, of all things, to be a Jew, seeks court orders commanding Thompson to stop quoting Scripture and threatens to "out" Thompson with an email this legal terrorist entitled "The Gay Christian Cometh. The Bar and this SLAPP complainant, along with Bar Governors Steve Chaykin and Ben Kuehne have borrowed the tactics of Hitler while claiming the agenda of the ACLU. This court ignores the Hitlerian, Nazi precedent for

just what The Florida Bar is doing at its, the plaintiff's, and The Bar's grave peril. As George Santayana noted: "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it." The Bar is not going to repeat it at Thompson's expense, and this court should see to it that that does not occur.
