Thompson v. The Florida Bar Doc. 257 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA JOHN B. THOMPSON, Plaintiff, v. THE FLORIDA BAR and DAVA J. TUNIS, Defendants. PLAINTIFF'S NOTICE TO COURT COMES NOW plaintiff, stating: Thompson just spoke telephonically with one of Judge Jordan's pleasant law clerks. Thompson asked to speak with the law clerk assigned to this case. The clerk said that Judge Jordan is handling this matter himself, which is interesting. Thompson contacted the court's law clerk, or tried to, in order to inquire when this court is going to remove Mr. Kent from the court's email list in light of the fact that he is not a party, does not represent a party, and was denied intervenor status. Kent surely is being treated like he's involved in this case by the court, and he's taking advantage of it, asserting around the globe that Thompson is undoubtedly a homosexual, given what Mr. Kent is gleaning for free from this court's file. Thompson, then, requests a ruling on the motion to remove this interloper from the court's email list. I HEREBY CERTIFY that this has been served upon record counsel this 23rd day of October, 2007, electronically. /s/ JOHN B. THOMPSON, Plaintiff Attorney, Florida Bar #231665 1172 South Dixie Hwy., Suite 111 Coral Gables, Florida 33146 Phone: 305-666-4366 Case No. 07-21256 (Judge Adalberto Jordan) 1 Dockets.Justia.com
