Able counsel for defendant The Florida Bar, Barry Richard of Greenberg Traurig, yesterday, Friday, July 27, 2007, informed plaintiff in writing that he and his client agree to plaintiff's motion to amend the complaint herein, as plaintiff has moved to do. Counsel for defendant Tunis has failed to respond to plaintiff's privately transmitted request in this regard. 2. Plaintiff is obviously not seeking to amend for the purpose of delay, as he Case No. 07-21256 (Judge Adalberto Jordan) earnestly seeks timely review of and injunctive relief against The Bar.
