PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION OF OCTOBER 22 ORDER

COMES NOW plaintiff seeking clarification of the court's October 22 order, stating: Just what about "Mr. Thompson's current allegations about Mr. Kent" does the court not know whether they "are true or not"? Is it the one that Mr. Kent has a law firm site on the home page of which he links to www.nationalgaynews.com? Is it the

allegation that Mr. Kent links on that site to "Porn Sites," which contain material that this court calls "obscenity?" Just which of the allegations does this court not know "are true or not?" This court violated its own show cause order to throw him under the Ad Hoc Committee bus, and now it enters another order claiming it does not know" what allegations are true or not?" This is the same court that said all Thompson had to do was provide a link to Mr. Kent's "obscenity" and the court would verify what was there, even though Kent removed the material. How could Thompson have relied upon this court to ascertain what Mr. Kent was distributing if it now suggests that it doesn't know what

"allegations are true or not?" This is the same court that wagged its finger at Thompson for the harm he could do to "children," and yet this court can't be bothered to go to either of Mr. Kent's sites and ascertain "what is true or not?" Is this some kind of judicial joking? We need clarification, then, from the court: What "allegations" does this court not know are true? Bring the undersigned down there and he'll testify to what allegations are "true or not," and then the court will be free to express its lack of concern, to the point of not contacting the US Attorney, about "the children." Thompson is available on a moment's notice. Mr. Kent, always eager to insert himself into this case, will be delighted to show up as well, as he has apparently nothing else to do but run a porn site. I HEREBY CERTIFY that this has been served upon record counsel this 23rd day of October, 2007, electronically.
