PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST/MOTION THAT THE COURT TAKE JUDICIAL NOTICE COMES NOW plaintiff, John B. Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney on his own behalf, and moves this court to take judicial notice of the facts in the attached letter, stating: Additional proof of The Bar's bad faith, which The Bar improperly asserts Thompson cannot possibly have, is The Bar's pursuit of its baseless and fatally unsworn SLAPP bar complaint filed by the always interesting Judge Ronald Friedman. Thompson hereby asserts that everything in this letter is true, as indicated by the verification, below. The Bar has quite a list of accusers and Bar complainants against Thompson: A lawyer who got caught stealing money from a dead client and whose excuse to The Bar was: "Oh, I thought I was going to die from cancer, so it didn't matter." This lawyer now calls his theft "an accounting error." A judge who was cut down to size by the Third District for prejudging a case and crowing about it. Duh. An Alabama judge whom Attorney Clatus Junkin said he could influence to decide cases in a certain way, which every lawyer in Fayette County we ran into said they had heard Junkin say.

A Miami/Tallahassee/Washington lobbyist who once ran over a kid with a bicycle while drunk and fled the scene. This is the same guy who swore in his complaint against the undersigned that Beasley Broadcast Group has nothing to do with pornography, after being cited by the FCC for airing pornography.

We have Blank Rome, which has now been caught fraudulently asserting that Thompson hid his disciplinary history from the Alabama court. This assertion constitutes perjury, and The Bar knows it.

Finally, we have The Bar itself which is so dishonest that it has its lawyers, along with referee Tunis' lawyer, stand there in front of Judge Jordan and lie to him that The Bar has never brought any complaints on its own initiative against Thompson as the originating complainant I SOLEMNLY SWEAR, UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, THAT THE
