PLAINTIFF'S NOTICE TO THE COURT OF BLANK ROME'S TERMINATION COMES NOW petitioner, John B. Thompson, and provides notice to the court as follows: The primary SLAPP Bar complainant against Thompson--the law firm of Blank Rome--has been terminated by video game developer Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., as that company's counsel of record in a wrongful death action brought by Thompson against Take-Two in New Mexico by a young teen who trained on Grand Theft Auto to kill three people on ABC newsman Sam Donaldson's ranch. Thompson was asked by the local prosecutor to bring the action. There is no indication that the prosecutor is mentally ill. Thompson assumes this firing is because Blank Rome's two partners, Jim Smith and Rebecca Ward, who authored the fraudulent motion to revoke Thompson's pro hac vice application in the Alabama cop-killing wrongful death case, embarked Take-Two on a disastrous SLAPP strategy that has exposed Take-Two and Blank Rome to liability therefor while not shutting up Thompson about Take-Two's illegal activities. appears to be trying to distance itself from Blank Rome's idiotic, counterproductive "shoot the messenger" strategy. Thus, this Honorable Court is now notice as to Blank Rome's termination as the court ponders whether The Florida Bar has acted in "good faith" in relying upon what The Bar knew and knows now to be the perjury of the Blank Rome law firm in its filing of fraudulent Bar complaints against Thompson.
