VERIFIED SUPPLEMENT TO PETITION FOR WRIT OF PROHIBITION AND WRIT OF MANDAMUS, AND EMERGENCY MOTION TO STAY DISTRICT COURT CASE AS WELL AS STATE DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS COMES NOW petitioner, John B. Thompson, (Thompson) an attorney on his own behalf, and files this supplement to his petition, stating: Judge Adalberto Jordan, in the court below, sought discipline of the petitioner because Thompson came forward with evidence of The Florida Bar's selective prosecution of Thompson. Judge Jordan then refused to disqualify himself after

Thompson showed just how improperly he had acted in seeking such discipline. Judge Jordan's misconduct included his misciting an obscure Alaska case that had absolutely nothing to do with what Thompson had done. Thompson herewith submits, as Exhibit A hereto, the material that even the trial court below admits is "obscenity" that Thompson's Bar complainant, Ft. Lauderdale attorney Norm Kent, is disseminating to members of the public of all ages. Kent is doing so by linking to his Internet porn portal from his Bar-regulated www.normkent.com site. Specifically, the images provided to the Eleventh Circuit are from the www.justusboys site provided by Kent, which is the most popular "Porn Site" ( by virtue

The Florida Supreme Court has held that no lawyer's law firm web site can be allowed to "diminish the dignity of our profession," yet here is Kent, with the attached materials, doing just that. The Bar's protection of Kent and its harassment of Thompson

for his whistleblowing is remarkable proof of The Bar's selective prosecution/equal protection problem which knocks the legs out from under The Bar's abstention arguments in the trial court below. Judge Jordan sought discipline against Thompson when he came forward with the attached evidence of The Bar's duplicity which The Bar claimed did not exist. Note that Mr. Kent, in offering www.justusboys.com, offers "6,099 total galleries" which depict, with photographs, homosexual intercourse described with such titles as Shane Fucks Kurt - College Dudes 247 , Cowboy Cody - Boys Pissing, Casino Gay Sex Party - Guys Go Crazy , Coach And Austin - College Boy Physicals , Shane Busts A Nut - College Dudes 247 , Dempsy Fucks Daxx Boyride , and so forth. No wonder that one poster at this site calls it a web site "for pedophiles." This is what The Florida Bar protects. Judge Jordan sought formal

discipline against Thompson for violating a "rule" against coming forward with the best evidence of what The Bar is protecting, even though no such rule existed. Norm Kent, The Bar's favorite filer of SLAPP Bar complaints against Thompson over the last twenty years, publicly claims that all government officials who enforce the drug laws of this country are "criminals." This explains why Mr. Kent is comfortable admitting in two Requests for Admissions in a Broward Circuit Court case that he consumes marijuana without a medical prescription. Mr. Kent's view, and The Bar's view, is that Kent's offering to "light up" on television makes Kent a freedom fighter. The Bar, at Mr. Kent's request twenty years ago, coerced Thompson into a mental health exam to determine if "Thompson's obsessive efforts against pornography rendered him unfit to practice law." Thompson is now the only officially Bar-certified sane lawyer

in Florida, with The Bar's own experts noting to The Bar that Thompson "is a Christian acting out his faith". However, Kent and The Bar again seek yet another round of tests to pathologize Thompson's faith, Kent actually having sought a court order to command Thompson not to quote Scripture. The Bar's and Judge Jordan's encouragement of Mr. Kent and their mutual targeting of Thompson for discipline help show what Voltaire noted: "It is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong." When it comes to the Florida Bar, distributing porn by means of one's law firm web site, admitting one's marijuana use, threatening another lawyer (Thompson) with a Bar complaint if he doesn't stop acting upon his Christian faith, and labeling Thompson a closeted "gay Christian" (in violation of Florida Bar Rule 4-8.4(d) is perfectly ethical conduct if your name is Norm Kent and the ethics of our profession are overseen by The Florida Bar. Petitioner, in light of what he has already filed and in light of the attached Exhibit Amaterials, asks for the relief he has sought, as The Florida Bar and U. S. District Court Judge Adalberto Jose Jordan appear to have turned attorney discipline upside down. Down here in Florida, it would appear that the Bar lunatics are running the regulatory asylum. I SOLEMNLY AFFIRM, UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, THAT THE FOREGOING FACTS ARE TRUE, CORRECT, AND COMPLETE, SO HELP ME GOD.
